Product: HP Envy 5540
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently got this printer from someone. I'm having two issues.

 

1. I'm getting a paper jam or tray not installed correctly error when the paper tray is in all the way and no paper is being loaded even though it is also giving me a paper jam error.

 

2. Won't let me print as well because of the cartridges are correct, but it says that I need to be enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Don't want to be enrolled because I can get the cartridges from elsewhere for cheaper.
