Is there any 'HP official magnetic paper' for printing on? or is there any recommended magnetic paper?

the printer does not support any magnetic paper, you may find any supported Media types listed within its specifications below:
You may try different types and play among the paper settings and set the print quality to best and check if that may help, but any such is not supported by the printer and may work or not.
Generally, play among the paper type settings, be sure to change both the printer settings and the driver settings too.
Be sure to set the print quality to best also be sure to set the paper type based on the paper finish, please review below link with some good information on a such:

To change the paper settings of the printer, open the HP Smart app and click on Printer Settings, there look for Tray and Paper Management, else click on Advanced Settings, open the Settings tab and there select Paper and Tray Management, also be sure to set the printer settings for the print job too by clicking on Properties / Preferences within the print dialog.
