Product: HP Envy 6055e all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have a brand new HP Envy 6055e All in one printer. I can’t close the paper tray. I’ve taken out all of the paper but I still can’t close it. It sounds like there might be a piece of paper jammed and that’s why I can’t close it. I’m trying to figure out how to pull the paper tray out completely but I can’t. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
