My HP Envy Photo 7155 says it has "jammed paper and make sure the paper try is installed properly". I've cleared the entire printer, checked all the rollers, removed the tray, tried turning the printer off and on, unplugged and plugged it back in, and the Paper Jam persists. There is simple no paper in the printer. I think this is a false paper jam error. How do I reset the printer and clear this "paper jam" error?!?!
