HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP Envy 7640 says I have a paper jam even though there is none. I have unplugged it and turned it back on and i still get the error. This appears to be a false message but I can't bypass it. Please help.

 

Please also don't reply to me witht he generic message I've seen SO MANY times trying to find a solution.
