Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
When printing on an 80# cardstock I've printed on a million times over the years, my HP Envy 7855 is now jamming. The cardstock gets stuck in the back where the rollers are every single time. I've tried cleaning them, and the rollers on the bottom of the printer, and it still won't feed the cardstock anymore. It'll feed 20# and 110#, but not the cardstock I normally use.
And now I'm getting these black streaks on the back of everything I print.
I've done all the things under "Print Quality & Tools" and "Alignment & Maintenance" over and over again, and nothing is fixing either issue.
Please help!
