Product: HP Envy Photo 6234
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi All,

My HP Envy Photo 6234 makes a grinding noise when switched on and just before each print run. The paper feeds OK and there is no issue with the print out itself. Any ideas please?

@Ian5041, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If the printer works fine nothing to worry about, it could just be that one of the gears or rollers in the printer might be worn out.

 

If the noise is too loud and you have concerns, take it to the nearby service center for help.
