HP Envy printing 3.5x5 card out of alignment

Printing on an HP Envy 6052e

try to print 3.5 x 5 card and when I print it’s not properly centered. I did the alignment  check. Rebooted the printer. Tried printing identical docs out of Word and Pages. Checked my margins and the entire time the print job is off center by about 7-8 space bar clicks. Any ideas? Or is the printer firmware buggy?

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).
