HP Recommended
Product: HP Ink Tank 115
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Whenever I try printing using a photo paper or thick paper, the printer does not feed on it.

Prompt always says paper jammed. I tried re-setting the printer & cleaning the rollers but problem still persists. 

I have used a lot of types of papers already. This does not happen to normal bond papers.

Printer : HP Ink Tank 115

Very new, just used 6 months
