HP LaserJet M15w

Since I bought this piece of crap printer, it's had trouble with the paper feed. I have tried everything, even manually shoving the paper in. Since day 1, it works sometimes and most times it just rolls but never grabs the paper. I spend more time trying to manually feed the paper in, which only works sometimes than I spend trying to get my actual job done. I'm ready to trash this piece of crap and never buy HP again.

I've watched YouTube videos, cleaned the rollers blah blah blah but since this has happened since day 1, I know that's not even the issue. I've only used this printer for 2 months. I bought it brand new. I saw other message boards where this is apparently a known issue and HP does nothing about it.

If you have any suggestion to fix it before I take a hammer to it, I'm all ears.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
