HP LaserJet 5200tn Not Picking Tray 2 Paper

HP LaserJet 5200tn

Tray 1 - 8.5"x11" (Open Tray)

Tray 2 - 11"x17" (Closed Tray)

I have issue with Tray 2. It would not pick the paper. I have re-adjusted the guides,

and cleaned the rollers, still it will not pick any paper.

Would I need to replace the pick parts? If so, which one(s)?

Based on the age of the printer, the pickup roller is likely worn or hardened to the point it cannot efficiently pick paper. You will want to replace the tray 2 separation pad at the same time. If it feeds fine from tray 1 then the printer itself is probably fine.
