HP LaserJet M402dn Paper Jam When Duplex Printing

Single-sided printing works fine, but I always get paper jams when printing on both sides.

I have already checked, and there are no small paper fragments left inside the printer.

I am using HP Universal Printing PCL 6 (v7.0.1).

The paper jam occurs in the rear door.

From the event log, it shows error codes 13.0920 and 13.0916.

When the printer jams check the leading edge of the paper sheet a d inspect around it.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I have already checked, and unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the cause.

Does the leading edge always jams in the same place inside the printer ?
