HP LaserJet Pro M402dn Every Sheet Jamming

Hello,

We recently replaced the paper in this printer with the same paper we always use and the printer started jamming. We have another 402 in stock and i replaced printer, but if this is an easy fix I'd like to keep the printer.

It seems to be pulling the paper crooked. It also seems to dog ear the upper left corner on every jam. I did manage to get one paper through after cleaning. (See paper pictures at the bottom)

Here is what I've done so far:

• Upgraded the firmware
• Used less paper
• Used different paper
• Cleaned the rollers
• Grabbed another toner cartridge 

Let me know if I'm missing something

Have you tried flossing the paper path to ensure there are no jams anywhere?  Is it jamming with the page in the fuser or before the fuser? I have seen printers where the exit flags in the output bin get dislodged and jam the paper but the dog ear suggests that something is catching the paper.

I let it set last night (with the jammed sheet in the exit path) I came in this morning and was going to video the sound it makes when it pulls the paper and its printing fine?!?!

If it happens again I will re-open/Post this problem.

Disregard my last transmission.
i figured I'd run a multi-page document through it and it did the first couple of pages ok, now they jammed. I cleared it and now it won't even pick up the paper from tray 2.
I'm befuddled.
