Hello Everyone,

 

My device "HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer" doesn't pick up paper.

It looks like a mechanical problem.

It gives ERROR 3, " no paper pick up, press OK to resume"

HP has a YouTube site and there are a number of video in English and other languages. Typically unboxing, clearing paper jams, and cartridge problems.
