HP LaserJet Pro M404dn
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

first time i have situation like this.

In one of our HP LaserJetPro M404dn printer the paper tray 2 is stuck. It comes out like maybe 1cm (can't see inside from front) and it doesn't go any further.

I removed the paper from back side of the tray but i dont see anything broken or like that.

I did some pictures from back of the printer, maybe You guys see something or can show me what should i push or pull on photo.

I tried to get printer on the rear and on the top and pull the tray but it is not working this time.

Take a wider picture so I can see the entire tray cavity more clearly.
