My printer keeps jamming in the duplexer unit. I replaced rollers multiple times, but that did not fix it. I just replaced the device maintenance kit (which includes the fuser and all rollers), but unfortunately that did not resolve the issue either. It prints just fine when printing single-sided. The problem only occurs when printing double-sided. Once the paper goes back in to print on the other side, it gets stuck in the duplexer unit. What else can I do?
Edit: I have tried a different duplexer unit, but the issue is persistent with that as well.

Can you please post a couple of pictures?

What error codes are showing the the event log?
You state you just replaced the fuser. If you put the old fuser back in does it work properly?

Have you tried both trays to ensure this is not a tray related issue? Keep in mind that this device will not duplex from any tray set to any size/any type paper.
The exact error you list is not in the troubleshooting codes that HP supplies to me.
