macOS 10.13 High Sierra

I followed the rules on the support page and it said to pull out the paper but I was unable to do so... The paper is just stuck there. Please help me. Im really sorry I just got this printer. Thanks.

Welcome to the HP support community.

  1. Reset the printer:

    1. Turn off the power by using the power switch, and then wait at least 30 seconds.

    2. Turn on the power and wait for the printer to initialize.

  2. If you are using a surge protector:

    1. Power off the printer.

    2. Remove the surge protector.

    3. Plug the printer directly into the wall socket and turn the printer power on.
