M29w

All of the sudden my M29w has started printing crooked.

I just scanned this test page. The paper is square on the flatbed scanner, it is that everything is printing wonky like this now.

Mine started with the scans being crooked and now the prints are crooked

If only copies and scans are crooked then there is likely an issue with the scanning bar inside the scan mechanism. Lift the lid and check to see if the scanner bar itself is straight as it moves through the path of travel. If not it could be a binding cable, have seen a few different models that have this issue, but have not seen on this exact model. Resolving the issue might be problematic as these scanners are a sealed unit and never really designed to be taken apart.

Thanks but printing is also crooked.  HP doesn't seem to provide any alignment utilities for these printers.  I guess I'll buy another brand if I can't fix this 1 year old printer.
