Hi - My printer is consistently showing a paper jam issue when there is no paper stuck. I restarted the printer spool but didnt work.

The details of the issue is that the paper enters through the tray and then get stuck as it reached the Toner. Not sure if the issue is the Toner or something else. Would appreciate some help and guidance.

Have you performed all the steps from this document here? If yes and still having issues, then it could be a hardware issue.

Tried all the steps and still presents an issue. The hardware seems to be fine since the scan function is wokring and the print feature, does accept the paper.. Its just the paper goes into the printer and would then get stuck in there.
