Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer
- I solved the paper feed problem.
With The paper flat on the feed tray the outer end was ‘cupped’ & not allowing the feed rollers good contract with the paper.
I had to fold up a pair of tube socks about 2 inches thick and put it under the outer end of the paper stack! That lifted the paper up, eliminated the cupping at the outer end, allowing the feed rollers to get a good grasp on the paper to feed it. - I really hate these cheap Chinese products that HP & others sell under their brand!
- Anyway, problem resolved. Haven’t had a feed problem since I had to ‘waste’ a good pair of tube socks!
