Hi, I have seen alot of people have had similar issues with paper jam errors on the ADF, however I couldnt find a definitive solution. I have tried the following so far:
1. Updated the Firmware
2. Factory reset
3. Cleaned the rollers
4. Cleaned the Feeder
Every time I try and scan via the Feeder, I get the error that there is a paper jam in the ADF, however there is no jam.
Scanning via the flat bed glass is just fine, no issues printing either.

@NGP1, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
