HP Office Jet Pro 9015

I've had my printer  - HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 - only a few months, but it has recently started to have paper jams just about every time I try to print.  I've followed the directions for clearing it, and it might print 1 page, but when I try again, I get the same jam, right in the area of the ink cartridges.  

 

It seems other 9015 owners are having similar problems - but I've not yet seen a good answer.  

 

Very disappointed in this printer.  We had an 8062 and it was great...  This one is not has sturdy  and after only a few months, I'm already having problems with it...  Can't set up the fax either - despite using the same phone cord used for 4 years in the old printer.  But that's for another post.

 

I'm hoping someone can help me. Thank you!
