HP Recommended

My printer serial number is [Personal Information Removed] Up until recently I could print photos with no problem. Now when i try with HP photo paper, all settings are correct the paper feeds in with out jamming but there is no photo on the right and only black lines on the watermark side of the photo paper. If I place the paper the wrong side up the photo prints on that side. Any suggestions or feedback is appreciated. 

I see others have had this problem, but no answers for a fix.
