HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am certain this is out of convenience; I've had issues with this printer from day 1.  My warranty expired in March and here I am, an error that is considered HARDWARE FAILURE!  My print carriage cannot move.  I have checked and rechecked for any jams, NONE.  I have unplugged and plugged back in seven ways from Sunday, no help.  I have turned the printer off and turned it back on, nothing has changed.  Even the HP specialists couldn't assist me.  This is ridiculous.  I will be purchasing a new printer and it certainly will not be an HP printer.  That last as until the warranty expires.  Go figure! SCAM!

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
