Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeJet 3830 is not printing any documents. None of the paper is going through the feeder to print. The paper that I am using is HP original paper bought on Amazon but when I tried to Align printer, clean cartridges, Clean Page Smears. It is saying "incorrect paper" Printer reports do not support US Government Letter... 

 

I've been using the HP original copy paper from Amazon for years and it was working now the printer is giving trouble.
