HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

Whenever I try to print, the printer takes in the paper only about 2 inches before the paper becomes wedged and will go no further into the printer. I followed the virtual assistant support steps and checked everywhere in the printer for loose paper but I found none. I even cleaned the tray intake like it said and it still doesn't work. I would really appreciate some help with how to solve this issue. Thanks!

YOu might have a foreign object blocking the straight paper pass. If the paper gets skewed to one side e.g. left then the foreign object is on the right side.

There are small jam access doors on the bottom side of the printer open them and inspect the interior.
