Product: HP OfficeJet 6958
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

MY OS is now MAC Big Sur, which was not on the option. My printer is out of warranty.  Will the scan application and updates still install on the version of Big Sur?

 

I have cleaned the rollers on my printer but still receive the message:

"Document Feeder Jam" The original has jammed, or the document feed is dirty.

I have cleaned it, and it is working some of the time.  It says I need to install updates.  When I install updates, do I have to De-install and then RE-install the HP Software and re-configure?

Is there a maintenance option I can run on it to make sure it is up to date?

It is out of warranty.
