Product: HP OfficeJet Pr 8718

The printer keeps jamming with Premium Inkjet Photo Paper Photo Gloss 210 g/m2

According to the specs of this printer, it is able to handle paper up to 300 g/m2, so I'm well within the limit.

 

It looks like its getting jammed underneath the printer - i.e. it goes into the feeder, but then can't go any further. I am able to pull the jammed paper out from underneath the printer.

 

I've tried multiple times, with 1 piece of paper in the feeder, 2 pieces, or multiple pieces, all with the same result.

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
