HP OfficeJet Pro 6968

The printer says there is an error type named Ox6100004a. It asks me to check whether there is any paper stuck on the printer. However, I cannot find any single piece of paper stuck on the printer. But the printer still displays same type of error.  It also asked me to find if there is any catridge problem.

I waited for few hours and tried almost every method that shows up on the browser or recommendation videos, but the printer still displays the error type Ox6100004a.

@dwoo0704, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

Also, make sure there are no paper jams inside the printer and the print carriage is moving freely - Paper Jam Error (includes steps to clear a carriage jam)

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
