The answers provided on this community board for this referenced issued are repeated and repeated, yet almost always do not resolve the issue!  I'm having the same issue.  It's impossible to get a good answer on the HP support website.  Very frustrating!  I've already done everything suggested in past posts!  DO NOT tell me to unplug, what 2 to 3 minutes, etc. etc.

My printer cartridge carriage is now stuck and cannot be moved.  I keep getting a paper jam error....THERE IS NO PAPER JAM.  And on top of all of that I keep getting a power failure error!

Someone please provide me with a fix!  This printer was relatively expensive and more than I wanted to spend when I bought it.  It should last more than two or three years!

@dhalewicz, Welcome to HP Support Community!

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
