Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All in One

Good morning,

This is the first time we have posted to ask for help in the community. Hope we do it all correctly 🙂

Our NEW HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All in One is Printing an Extra Blank Page in Between Each Printed Page and we can not figure out how to stop it from doing so. We have checked all settings and everything is fine but still continues to print extra blank pages in between printed pages.

We appreciate any help you can offer to get this remedied - thank you, God Bless!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

To which device is your Printer connected to? How is the Printer connected to that device?

 

Does this happen on copies too?
