HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

My printer does Not have a paper jam, but it keeps reporting one I’ve tried turning the printer off and on I’ve tried everything that’s been recommended, but I can’t get into the settings to do a hard restart because the screen keeps popping up the same Message saying there’s a paper jam.  So frustrating!
