Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e all in one printer
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I had a paper jam and removed the piece of jammed paper. The printer continue to indicate a jam, so I thought I'd try shutting down and starting up the printer again. However, it will not shut down. Should I unplug it, or continue to wait?

Hi @CRuthS,

With the printer turned on, please unplug the power cable from its back and allow it 60 seconds, then plug it back to power reset the printer and check for any difference.
