Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer
Hi, I use the HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series daily for my job. Most of the time I am able to print my work documents using the double sided printing option with no issues. As of 6/28/24, I printed one double sided document and a paper jam occurred. This happens periodically but i am able to fix it following the printer’s instructions. However, this paper jam has resulted in all double sided documents printing on one side instead of two, which makes the document look funny. I would imagine this may be a roller issue in the printer but I have tried all options to fix it and have been unsuccessful. Please help if possible
