HP Recommended

Hello,

 

I have a HP Officejet 5252 and it is jamming every time I try to print on it. I clear the jam each time and it still repeatedly jams. It is jamming on the inside not at the feeder tray. I have watched the troubleshooting video from HP and have checked all areas that it says to check for the jam and it still is not working correctly. I am hoping someone else has seen this issue and can tell me what else I can try?
