Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8720 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I print matte coated postcards, the postcards get stuck in the printer.  I went into the settings and set it up for the postcards and they still get stuck.  Regular paper works fine, but the postcard stock continually jams, please advise
