HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One Printer

HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series Printer.

Paper jam - remove any jammed paper and made sure the paper tray is properly installed. Have performed this and other functions several times but no luck.

Hi @Bloodnut2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet Pro 9 printer is showing a paper jam error message even though you have checked and found no paper jammed, there are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue.

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source. Wait for a minute or two, then plug it back in and turn it on again.
  • Check for any debris or small pieces of paper that may be stuck in the printer. Use a flashlight to inspect the inside of the printer thoroughly.
  • If you find any debris or small pieces of paper, remove them carefully using tweezers or a pair of pliers.
  • Make sure that the paper tray is properly inserted into the printer and that the paper guides are adjusted correctly to the size of the paper you are using.
  • Try resetting the printer by pressing and holding the power button for 10-15 seconds until the printer turns off. Then release the button and turn the printer on again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
