Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Printer

When trying to print pictures, using standard letter paper works fine.  However, trying to print on CR664A HP Photo paper, it jams and I have to remove the jam to continue.  Both trays jam, although occasionally the main tray feeds but misprints.  

 

Should I try another paper?  I have tried Staples Picture Paper but it jams also.  Bought both papers several years back.  Is age a factor?
