HP Recommended

HP Officejet printer 3830. loaded 2-3 3x5 photo papers which immediately jammed. Retrieved 2 . can't find the third. It's possible there is no third paper but the printer is saying it's jammed and will do nothing at all. I have performed every trouble shooting tip I found
