Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 All-in-One Printer

The tray to my HP officejet pro 8725 printer broke in a middle of a move. I think the springs that lift the paper up in the tray broke and fell out and I’m missing a black little piece as well on the tray. How can I fix this?

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

I see that the paper tray of your HP officejet pro 8725 printer broke.

 

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
