Have C4480 All in One, it keep saying to remove cardboard. Do not know what cardboard msg referring to, then it say paper jam, when there is no paper in it....Please help

Are you using the printer for the first time?
Refer to the steps from this document - Setting up the All-in-One (Hardware)
Check inside the printer for any foreign objects or obstructions. Perform the steps from - Paper Jam Error
Re-insert the ink cartridges. Try printing/copying.
