Hi All,

 

I have a Pagewide Pro 477dw and it jams every time I print. It may print 15 pages fine, but will inevitably jam. I replaced the separator pick assembly being told that would fix it, but to no avail. It seems to crinkle/fold the paper on the right side of the sheet. I have several of these printers and I changed out the duplexer to see if that would make a difference, but it does not. The picture shows how the page gets crinkled. I would love to fix instead of throwing away if possible. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!477dw jam.jpg
