Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
We have an Instant Ink account and receive both ink cartridges and paper. The most recent HP paper shipment was glued together. We didn't notice that the pages were glued together and put them in the printer. The pages jammed the printer. We cleared the jam and have done everything we can to clean the printer, but the printer now jams every time we try to use it, even with fresh clean paper.
Is there any help for this? We used the paper HP sent us and it jammed our printer, possibly to the point where we need a new printer.
