Hello, 

I have an HP Photomart D110 printer. I have had it for a few years, but have not been using it recently. Currently, when it is turned on, it will read as though there is a paper jam. All paper debris has been cleared, and there is no visible obstructions anywhere. However, it sounds like underneath the ink cartridge carrier (on the right side) is getting stuck. Essentially the ink cartridge is able to go across to the left with no issue, however upon returning to the right side of the printer, it gets stuck, thus continuing to read as a paper jam. Please help!!!
