Hi,

I have printed and paper was jam. From that time, black ink not printing.

I have clean printer head but now helps.

Any idea what happened?

I just restarted printer and have message "0xc19a0013, there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn the printer off, then on. If you continue to get this message, contact HP"

When I print quality page, The words are printing in black but only colours are showed. Black box is coming white 😞
