HP Photosmart 7525 e-All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer stopped picking up paper. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting items for this issue, and nothing worked. If I push the paper further back, it will grab and print, but this has to be done for every single sheet. The rollers are clean, and nothing seems broken. The paper feed rollers seem to work fine as soon as I give the top piece of paper a slight nudge. If I don't push on the top piece of paper, the printer makes a grinding noise as it is trying to pick up the paper, then gives me the "Out of Paper" error. What is going on? Is this fixable?

@printerprobz99, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, the printer does not pick paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
