Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP LaserJet Printer Pro MFP M281fdw gives this error:  Open Tray, Check Paper Guides and load paper

 

I checked the paper tray, set the paper guides & loaded paper several times but, still displays the same error.

 

Hence, please help me to resolve it, thanks.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error.

 

Kindly check if the papers are properly loaded. Refer to -  Loading Paper and Envelopes

 

If the error persists, we will have to reset the printer to its factory defaults.

  • The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
  • I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
