My printer was working fine until today. I always use HPSmart App but when I tried to print ( it recognized printer with green check mark) then it turned orange. And message was “Load Paper”. I’ve cleaned everything in directions, loaded and reloaded app, plugged and unplugged all devices…including the iPad I am and always have used. I can not find a solution to using the Smart App. I need to use the App to reconfigure pictures etc. The printer works fine if I print without the Smart App..but no adjustments to photos etc… can be made.

Have you made any changes to your printer or OS/software?
Uninstall and reinstall HP smart app. Re-add the printer.

Update the firmware
