Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! My Smart Tank 725 won't draw the color Yellow from the tanks. The tube is only a quarter filled and I cannot print using the Yellow color. Have tried the Alignment and Cleaning tools, it's still the original ink and printer heads that it came with.

 

What can I do?
