HP CLJ2025 will eject paper when first turned on when trying to print configuration sheet printer runs but does not print.  No jam errors just constant run

Most common on a printer of this age is worn rollers. You say it runs constantly. Do you the pickup roller every couple of seconds?  It would be kinda of a clunk sound.. Pull out the papertray, and look at the roller in the back of the cavity. The upper d shaped roller is the pickup roller and if it is smooth looking then it needs to be replaced. There are videos on YouTube that show the procedure.

I have already replaced the roller and paper tray. When the printer is turned off then on. It ejects a page. The pblm is intermittent as it will sometimes work.

Can you post a video when it is making the sound?  Was this an OEM roller or 3rd party?
